clogged shower drain loud air conditioning

the suite we stayed in WAS fantastic.

The room had some major issues. the shower drain was completely clogged. Water pooled around my ankles every time i showered. ALSO, the air conditioning unit rattled LOUDLY all night.

i found the common areas and living quarters spacious. the gym and pool were great amenities. the breakfast spread was generous. it was such a treat to have so many choices each morning!!!

the loud correction of staff for a small error was slightly off-putting.

Really good stay

attentive team excellent service daily breakfast great equipment

I spent several nights at this beautiful place. The staff greeted me warmly and provided excellent service. my suite was immaculate, with thoughtful touches . breakfast in the garden was a daily highlight, and the gym offered great equipment.

the stay was amazing, however, i noticed a slight lack of soundproofing in the room, I could hear some noise from nearby rooms.

The hotel has a pristine pool maintained daily, it also features an honesty bar stocked with snacks and beverages. a compact gym contains modern equipment for diverse workouts. It includes treadmills and weight machines.

Really good Hospitality and Comfort

The hospitality of Jo and Fabian set a great tone for my stay. They accommodated my early check-in. Fabian's dining and walking spot recommendations added a personal touch. My room included luxurious cushions and a Nespresso machine. The private patio had chairs and a table. It was ideal for dining. The pool was pristine. Even the gardeners checked if I needed anything .

There was one small inconvenience. The staff was loudly reprimanded over a small error. This was unsettling to witness.
